Where have all the cyclists gone?

Another beautiful day and I had a meeting in the City. I decided to have a quick look at Spittlefields which is now very smart and transformed from it;s former market days. Virtually every 'Boris Bike' was neatly sat in it's parking space which was a surprise given the lovely weather.
