A Grand Day Out

We took advantage of the great weather again today and headed off to Mill Farm.

There was fun on the trampolines - with breaks to watch the planes of course
He liked playing in the sand but wouldn't dig down to the 'graves' and such which are buried there (it is a very educational place you know).
He wasn't too happy when a hen pecked his finger ..... his own fault - the twit shouldn't have stuck it through the wire.
He loved the lambs though which were only a day or two old.

This evening SWMBO and I were out for a meal in South Queensferry.
Our timing wasn't great to catch the sunset - but then again, the cloud bank arrived just in time to kill the colour so I didn't feel so bad.
After our very nice meal in the Two Bridges hotel I was granted permission by SWMBO to take a few pictures of the newly re-lit Rail Bridge -- but I wasn't allowed to move about to get different angles.
