Finals of the city swimming gala

Elliot still off school today, made appointment for dentist tomorrow, don't like the dentist, used to be terrified now just scared after an NLP treatment.
Worked at home till 10 am then a client till 12.30am straight to see Ben take part in the Liverpool schools swimming gala
Ben came second in breast stroke and the boys came a close 2nd in the replay.
Over all Carleton House came 2nd. I had no voice left, Peter then reminded me that the kids couldn't here me. At the end 2 team GB swimmers demonstrated their talents, quite amazing to watch, effortless.
Over to the printers, a meeting with the plumber and checked the shop out.
Went to Tesco, was a little shocked to find people queuing for Petrol. Picked mum up, the dogs and boys and went for a lovely evening walk.
Home to cook tea at 7 pm.
