Not quite a water colour....

I stopped the car in the village on the way home to take this, and ended up having a chat with an older lady who was sitting on the sea wall. She had a lovely old wooden box of water colours, and she was using them to great effect to capture the light on the sea.

I so admire anyone who can do this. Photography seems to be much less of a skill when you see what some people can produce with paint and paper.

Having said that, she confessed she was very interested in photography, and was fascinated to see the images on my camera. She thought that Blipfoto sounded "such fun!", and as soon as she bought a computer, she was sure she would be subscribing......
