Album cover pop-up

This pop-up item is inside the CD cover of the reissue version of Amon Amarth's album "Versus the World". Apparently it's #4 in a set of four different pop-ups. I've never seen one on a CD cover before.

I returned to Puhos to visit my parents again. This was the only subject I took photos of the whole day.
