Dreaming...

Of my own piece of soil big enough to plant a few things. There were six different greens, all organic, at the store across the street and I really do wish I had space to plant.

I went to see the owls after work and had a moment of panic as the nest was completely empty. My little feathered friends have fledged! Fortunately they have only gone as far as the fir tree next door. There was no chance of a phot as there were too many branches in the way, but all three babies were sitting on the same limb. Mom was just a branch away watching me to make sure I did not do anything silly.

It has been a long week at work so I am glad I have things like baby owls to make my day brighter.
