Tune

I spend a lot of time attempting to put the feelings in my hearts into words, to communicate to others my passions, my emotions, and my love. My heart seems tumultuous these days that I don't even associate them with silence of my heart. I might need a sensitive ear to tune in to the silence of the heart. Feelings like joy, sadness and physical sensations..... We surround these feelings and sensations with breath and recognize that they are contained and held in an immeasurable substance like water or air, intangible ineffable, yet utterly real. The silence of the heart.....The more we listen to it and return to it, the more we bathe and purify ourselves.
