Mini Dromberg

I've been driving by this blip for days now and today is the day I stopped, braved interstate traffic, and stood in the middle of an entrance tramp to get this shot.
The state DOT is expanding the entrance ramp to allow for more future traffic due to a planned factory opening. Their digging on the hilside exposed a small seam of coal and I orginally planned to show that seam as my blip but then they put up this barrier around a sunken storm sewer grate.
Now it looks like the Stone Circles put up by ancient men in an effort to predict the future and mark the present. You may pick from this presentation what you like.
