Opening of the new kitchen

This afternoon saw the official opening of the new kitchen of Abbie and Pippa's school. This kitchen is to widen the teaching beyond the class room and it was an initiative that was sponsored by the PTA and the Baobab-fund.
The opening was celebrated with a reception including all kinds of lovely food, all prepared by the kids (from pre-school to class 6).

Pippa and a friend were chosen to hand the scissors to the principal, so she could perform the cutting of the (huge) tape - first hand view for both of them!
