Hot stuff

I'm not entirely sure what I've done to it but my calf still feels a bit tight today so when I got home from work I decided to Deep Heat it.
While I was rubbing ointment into my leg I noticed the dappled sunlight on the tube of Deep Heat lying on the bathroom windowsill, hence today's blip. Hopefully I'll be all good by Saturday...I've got an 18 miler pencilled in :o

Experience has taught me to always wash my hands after Deep Heat.
