Pizza Express

Had an appointment with the nurse today. She was expecting my blood pressure to be high because of Grandad and seemed quite worried that it was so low that standing too quickly could result in fainting :/

I got to see the parents this afternoon and got taken for a meal at Pizza Express. Was really nice and we've planned some different things to do to help Grandma too. I miss Grandad so much :(
