Decent Edinburgh Pubs

How many decent pubs are left in Edinburgh?

My lifetime best buddies and I tend to stay loyal to the pub of our choice for our Thursday night out. It used to be the Bow Bar in Victoria Street, then Thomson's in Morrison Street, and now Bert's Bar in Williams Street. That covers the last 20 years - at least. We only move on when something's not pleasing us.
