Ataxia Meeting

Dr Richard Davenport talking to John Reid at our Branch meeting at Lasswade High School Centre. Dr Davenport was explaining how doctors arrive at a diagnosis of the cause of ataxia, and of the importance of a diagnosis to the patient - even when there may be no treatment or cure for their condition. John Reid has Friedreich's Ataxia and he travelled up from Hawick for the meeting, along with John & Kenny Hunter (who both have cerebellar ataxia) and their sister Hazel. They used a hired van from Gala Wheels.
