NOT .......

We put our house on the market at the wrong time really. We dont have to sell, we just wanted to.

Its felt like we have been in limbo waiting for something to happen, coupe of viewings but no sale. So bizarrely the day someone wanted to view we thought 'bollocks to it, Lets stay for a couple of years'!

It feels great now, i feel settled bacause this is our home for the next two years... then who knows! Anyway, i am sick of waiting for the board to come down so did it myself :)


ps: I think its only fair to say Pearson ferrier where brilliant. I wouldnt want this to reflect on them, they got us viewings in a difficult market and where great to deal with. When we do decide to sell they will be first choice.
