Or we would if this was a black grape vine. As it happens this is a muscat petit grain and we use the small white grapes for delicious juice drunk chilled in the week after we harvest them. After that the juice begins to oxidise and ferment. We don't really have enough muscat to make wine, so it is a brief and luscious nectar.
