Petrol panic hits Lambeth

Cart and four spotted on the roundabout at the southern end of Lambeth Bridge this morning. The driver and passengers were in very dapper fancy gear, I don't know what they were up to - but I saw them again shortly after coming up Horseguards. This was the only shot I could get through the bus window.

The only explanation i could come up with was that they'd run out of petrol.
