Michelle's marmalade

Recently, my delicious start to the day has been toast with a rather special marmalade, made by Michelle, who works in my office, to her own tasty recipe. In exchange for a few empty jars I had accumulated, she gave me a jar of this lovely stuff when she made her latest batch.
It's perfect! I don't know if I could go back to mere supermarket marmalade now!
And the Hairy Bikers, or Hugh FW, or Jamie, need to get round to her place quick to get this Miss marmalade on telly!
