Zippin' up my boots

I took the afternoon off, mainly to get HisLordship innoculated, and afterwards decided to combine it with Getting Domestic Things Done.

I cycled to a DIY centre (yes, another bloody one, this one had offers on plants, I bought a honeysuckle and clematis), and on the way passed this building, which proudly pronounces the year of my birth.

Tilburg is an industrial town, and the factory is desolate now, is sadly full of graffiti, but I think it still has a rather nice design. It would be nice if the building was taken over, made to feel new again and used to its full potential. Could this be a euphemism?
