Fairweather Construction Service

Normally Kev comes every winter when his business is slack. He usually does a big job like plastering, raising lintels, etc. It always snows a couple of days into the work and ten minutes before he is due to arrive the phone will go and I'll anwer it with 'Fairweather Construction by any chance?' And Kev will cry off until the snow has gone. We live at bottom of steep hill which isn't gritted (in his defence) This means that a job started in November ends with him leaving Christmas Eve whilst I'm frantically painting to make the end result decent for Christmas Day!
This time however he's come in glorious weather to put up shelves for imminent arrival. He still didn't manage to finish in the time allotted. However as he often points out he is a time honoured tradesman and between you and me well worth his weight in gold. He's a very rare thing - a builder who clears up after himself and one that takes immense pride in his work. Very glad to have met him!
