Whole Pompano with Chili Basil Sauce

Out for dinner with Tom at our favorite Thai restaurant in Gaithersburg.

I was a bit disappointed that my favorite Todd Mun Goong (spicy fish cakes) wasn't available for the second time in the last two visits. Hope it hasn't gone forever....

Instead we ordered pork satay and the crab and pork dumplings, followed by shrimp with eggplant and our friend in the picture, the whole pompano with chili basil sauce. Yum!
