Mr F went out to the gym this morning - he's so good. Unfortunately - our gym is in Ocean Terminal and they have a pop up shop for this weekend and next - selling super duper fat bastard cup cakes - he's so bad.

In other news - Ginge no longer has his collar on - we haven't had a phone call so we are none the wiser. Did he manage to shake it off or did his real family remove it in disgust. Maybe try one more time!

After last nights stolen recipe (it was very tasty) - i went back to my Wagamama's cook book - Thai Green Curry Noodles - so so good. Can recommend their Fun with Noodles book. All washed down with a bottle of Some Young Punks Squid Fist (San Giovese and Shiraz). Must blip the label as it's pretty cool.
