Choices

Mrs DD, bless her, had the choice this evening of a meal out at Loch Fyne in Shrewsbury, or a takeaway at home.

This was her choice. Well mine actually.

Following a very good day doing catch-up jobs in the garden and round the house, some time relaxing and reading - as well as a couple of work-related e-mails - the decision was made to stay at home and enjoy chinese food.

This was mine, along with the beer I did not have last night served up in one of my favourite glasses which was a gift to me from some friends on the occasion of my 50th birthday.
