House

An intriguing (to me at least) bit of domestic signage for today's blip. This is on one of the brick gateposts of a house just up the street. I assume that once the other gatepost had the first part of the name of this particular house, but it's been painted out so now there is only the word 'House', almost as if it was a helpful label put there to distinguish this from other types of building.
