Let them eat (gluten free) cake

Here is a snap of my flat-mate's gluten free cake. Unsurprisingly she made it for a gluten-free guest.

I've yet to taste it but it's been given a positive build up by its creator.

PS I was totally slack last month with my blips - I had quite a few missing days! - but that's going on holiday for you. Will try harder this month.
