Saving the bumblebees

Dad thought a bumblebee was struggling so went to prepare some sugar syrup in a ramekin, then transferred it to a saucer, then thought the saucer was too small so transferred it to a bigger saucer. After trying to 'catch' the bumblebee for a few minutes whilst protesting, it was 'out of it' a few minutes ago we took him outside and put him next to the saucer. Without batting a bee eyelid he soared high into the air and flew away.

Its the thought that counts though.
