Day ninety-one: the light's on!

Today I went and had a massage. My massage therapist has moved away since August, but he left some of his things behind. Today's massage was hardly transformational, but I immediately saw how much I have changed.

Remember my first blip? I walked into the room today and saw the same light/sculpture thing...and it looked so very different! In looking at it, I smiled: the light was turned on.

Similarly, I feel like the light has been turned on in me, and it is a light that I will never let be extinguished. I am thankful for this journey and opportunity that has facilitated me turning on my light.
