Fence Fail

It's a long story, but the neighbours in Chatham are a major pain in my ass. Today they decided to erect a fence in the shared backyard, presumably to keep Theo off their porch and out of 'their' portion of the yard. However, they left this gigantic hole near the porch, which my dog can clearly walk right through into 'their' yard and their porch. They are CLEARLY geniuses.
