Time for an early coffee or two before heading off for the day. Beautiful day with sun and blue skies, no wind and not too hot (maybe about 23-25ºC). Longish run of 50-odd miles with a few undulations and a very fast pace (not set by me I hasten to add). 40+km/h on some stretches.

Dinner (tapas, paella), early to bed. Knackered! 80 hilly miles tomorrow...
