Forbidden Turf

This is the stretch of the Whiteadder that is well past the sign that says "Anglers Only". It is beautiful and the river os obviously much deeper as it takes the bend No fishers thankfully!

Another tremendous weather day so got in some gardening before going to Edinburgh to collect my Aunt. We went for dinner with my cousin and family whose 60th we were celebrating - and then on to the ceilidh in The Counting House. Fabulous fun. Old faces, new acquaintances and great catch up. Plenty dancing and a very pleasant and satisfying drive home.

The next get together is another cousin's wedding in June!! Busy, and lucky, me!
