Dumfries and Galloway recently switched over from analogue to digital television. Consumers have struggled to get good reception from the new signals due to the hilly nature of this rural area.
An innovative new project is being piloted. Mini relay transmitters have been developed and are being worn by the thousands of sheep dotted about the hills.
As you can see, there is still work to be done.
