Sunday: Longing To Be Out

Looks like this little fella was desperate to be out on this beautifully sunny day.  Just look at his little face.

My original plans for today didn't really come to fruition.  My intention had been to go and do something cultural, like a museum, followed by discovering new cafes.  For one thing, I slept too late, and for another the weather, although chilly, was so beautifully sunny that being inside didn't feel right.  So I took the bus into town and just went on a really long wander, down streets I hadn't been down before, and wherever my feet took me.  The city, at least the centre, is slowly starting to fit together in my mind.

I am not habitually a late sleeper but was glad of a lie-in today.  I have struggled sleeping a bit recently but slowly it is kicking in and getting back to normal.
