April challenge day 1 - Fool(s)!

My blip today had to showcase the Reading Half Marathon, which many of my work buddies ran to raise money for 4 haemofilter (kidney) machines for the intensive care unit.

There were thousands of runners, and a few brave 'fools' who wore ridiculous costumes that gave the crowd a lift - but must have been a weary burden for the runners!

So well done Ian, Sean, Jenny, Karin and Serena, Dave, and Melanie, and all the others who took part. It was a beautiful sunny morning and a wonderful atmosphere.
