Evening Light

Evening light falls on a sight that makes my heart happy. The freezer stocked with healthy home made instant meals. Without them I'd live on toast.

I don't much like eating immediately after the work of cooking; I prefer the acts of cooking and eating to be separate whenever possible. These are all meals that just need heating up and side dishes of veg added. That's a good feeling. Part of home.

Today my sheets blew off the line and onto the beach, the tide was only half way in so no harm done. That's the first time that's ever happened to me after all these years by the sea. Gives me a measure of this garden, the breeze deserving respect. And I won an Ebay auction, also for the first time ever, that might be because it's the first one I've ever entered :-)
