Robin Orangebreast

I had big plans for today...Palm Sunday. I was going to do a collage of 8 different palm trees. In order...it was going to be the banana, coconut, fishtail, joey, mule, ponytail, royal, and the teddy bear palm. Would have been real tropical and real green.

Then I remembered..."Dorothy Tim...you're not in Kansas Florida anymore." Where am I supposed to get palm trees in Michigan? Maybe we could get the religous holiday renamed to Pine Sunday. Pine trees I've got. I should have taken the palm tree leaves that the kids paraded in with at church today.

To plan B. I jumped in my van, and was going to photograph some of our beautiful flowering trees. I was at the end of my driveway when I spotted the robin. From its dirty beak...you can see he was pecking the ground for some fresh meat. He posed for 7 pictures. He then shared his sidewalk with me so I could take a walk.
