Punch and Judo......

.....Owen was thrilled to receive his White Belt at the Trinity Dojo tonight (well.....the Scout Hut to be precise).

I'm pleased he's taken up a martial art; it'll be good for his concentration and balance....both of which he's not good at.

Here he is practicing 'the way of the stork', just prior to throwing me over his shoulder and body splashing on top to win the bout.......of course I let him win....ahem.....of course I did.
