A lovely relaxing day today following a busy one yesterday completing the final day of my Multi-Disciplinary Coaching Certificate course, and having dinner in the evening at the sister-in-law's. All good!

Two cracking footy matches on Sky this afternoon, Newcastle beating Liverpool, and Spurs taking the honours against Norwich.

And a fine end to the day watching another episode of Titanic, and anticipating the new series of Silent Witness which is being recorded. Bliss!
