Baked Egg

I found this recipe for baked eggs on Yahoo! the other day, and decided to finally try it out today. Pretty decent. Just chopped and cooked some bacon, put the bacon and some chorizo in a ramekin (didn't even know what that was until I found the recipe), cracked an egg on top, and sprinkled some cheese over the egg. Popped it in the oven for a little while and, voila, good food.

Had a great service and fellowship meal at church today, and instead of going home in the afternoon, I came back to my flat for once and got some work done.

Last 9am Monday lecture for a while tomorrow. Bring it on!
