Waterbars and back muscles
Sitting at my desk at the end of (another) very long day this week. Thinking about dipping out 'early'. And by early I mean that I still had stuff to do, but didn't really feel like getting it done. The only problem was that I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do. I had planned on swinging into the gym, I really wanted a nap, and I had heard rumblings about a mt bike ride. Just then Jesse called - Mt biking it is, and right now.
I made it a mile before I had to turn around and head back while everyone else continued on. I had no idea that going over a waterbar used so much back muscle. Also, apparently how good my back has been feeling isn't quite there yet for mt biking.
Still very glad I went, but apparently I need a bit more recovery to do a proper ride.
