After the embarrassment of having my card declined at Morrisson's today, a quick trip to the bank uncovered the reason behind this - there was a temporary notice on it. After having to confirm a brief history of transactions, the card was enabled again. Really annoying that it had happened (again) but to be honest I prefer this extra security - being too eager is better than allowing any transaction especially in this day and age...
