Wandering Haggis

Perfection on a plate

A red mullet, perfectly cooked, some fresh chopped vegetable straight out of the garden, a sprinkling of grated cheese. Chilled white wine from a local chateau.

Staggeringly good.

Stopped for lunch at the Auberge la Feniere by Lourmarinin in the Luberon and stumbled across this piece of culinary mastery.

Later had dinner in a nearby 2-Michelin star establishment. No comparison.
