Day one of the school holidays

I don't like this image, but it sort of sums up today: A bit blurry around the edges and not enough time to get anything right.

I've had 24 hours of dealing with one very sick child, and a dead goldfish. Tristan seems to be on the mend, but the fish tank is now empty, after Freddy the fish swam to fishy heaven after a fairly remarkable 8 years.

An odd start to the school holidays.
