Protests...standard

I had a great start to the day today. We had our photo editing class at 10 and I woke up around half9 got myself ready and began washing dishes whilst listening to my great find of a radio station. All the songs being played were so lively and put me in such a good mood.

Gato arrived close to 11 and everyone else was still in bed sleeping. That's kind of my fault for not waking them up but I feel too mean lol. Danny and I went first for photography class and were finished in no time. We had to choose our favourite 6 photos that we took for our photo essays and number them from 1-6. It was quite difficult as we had to say why we liked each photo and I didn't really know why I liked them, but gato also gave his opinion which was really useful. Carina and Helena went after us and we didn't end up finishing til quite late as somehow Helena had managed to take over 200 photos haha.

In Bolivia protests are a common event and you just have to get used to the noise of shouting and fireworks/bangers etc. Today there was one really close to the apartment so it was ridiculously noisy in the solarium. I took advantage of the photo opportunity!

After photography class I made some of the minging cheap pasta we bought for lunch and then had my interview at 4. When we arrived at the FITAZ office the Director wasn't there yet and we were told she would be half an hour so Sharoll and I ended up sitting down for some chicken wings, I always end up eating when I'm with Sharoll! In the end we ended up missing the Maritza as we didn't see her come in and had to reschedule breakfast for Sunday.

I came back to the flat and chilled and danny and I made dinner. The pasta turned out horrible again, I'm not its biggest fan, maybe I'm a little too fussy. But the others ate it and Danny and I put some 'normal' spaghetti on which was a lot tastier.

After dinner I packed my bag and got sorted for WMDR (World's Most Dangerous Road) tomorrow!! Nervous much?!
