The garden will have been pleased (if gardens can be pleased) by the rain today, it really needed it. Snow is forecast - but will it get to our low level? I hope not.
This morning I was delivering community newsletters before work and found all the steps very hard to come down as my thighs are really stiff from the steep downhill on Saturday. I couldn't have managed my usual Monday run but at least I had some exercise.
