Customer Services...NOT

With all the fab weather we have had, my wee winter pansies are having a riot!!

WHY ARE BANKS SO USELESS????

I accidentaly left my bank card at the counter whilst doing a transaction on Friday afternoon. I left my bank card in the wee chip and pin machine... totally my fault I accept. The bank kimdly called me 20 mins later to inform me I had done this and they would leave it at the information desk; I told them I would collect it on Sat as it was 5.20pm by this time.

Lunchtime on Saturday I toddled down to bank and information desk to collect card. .........and I quote "No bank cards are here, I work on a Saturday and if there is any rubbish when I come in I destroy it all to keep the desk clear and I have destroyed your card this morning" WTF!!!!!

I was utterly taken aback and literally speechless. After a small discussion, I have a new bank card arriving on Wednesday, £20 credited to my account for stress, petrol, wasting my time etc and a letter of apology arrived in my email inbox today (Monday as I have backblipped)
