Accidental Desperation

I have been so busy with work today (yes I know it is a Saturday and I know that I am now on leave but sometimes work just doesn't go away) that I didn't get into my search for an emergency blip until after midnight.

DISASTER!!!

How could I have been that careless? How could I have allowed midnight to pass without photographing a something as inane as a bog roll and calling it installation art or something? How could I have compromised almost a full year of non-stop blips so close to the finishing line.


And then I remembered taking this photograph earlier in the day. A page of Becky's Brownies Badge Book which I photographed to see how it matched up to her certificate for swimming 5 metres that we picked up this morning. Never mind love; only 15 metres to go.

I know it is a really tragic photograph, but please bear in mind that this is a really tragic story and this is nothing short of desparation.
