Freedom

This is immune globulin being given subcutaneously (under the skin) without giving me meningitis. I think the syringe pump is aptly named, as this treatment that has given me freedom from much of my neuropathy pain. I am not healed, but I am so much better than I was. And I don't have to have plasmapheresis every 2 weeks. I am immensely grateful to my doctor who was willing to think outside the box for me.
