Flight Home

I spent half the day sleeping and then unpacking and not doing much else. I happened to look out the window just before sunset and saw this flock of birds flying by. I couldn't make out what they were but they look quite large. Wondered if they weren't flamingos. I believe the flamingos come here for the winter so maybe they're off home again. Who knows. 5 minutes later there was another flock of birds flying by and they looked a bit like squacco herons. Makes a change from sea gulls. Strangely enough it's a monochrome sky again today and not a gull in sight, deathly quiet!
