The Secession building is the exhibition hall and "icon" of the art movement "The Vienna Secession" (founded today 115 years ago by Klimt, Hoffmann, Olbrich ...)

Above the entrance is carved the phrase:
"Der Zeit ihre Kunst, der Kunst ihre Freiheit"
"to every age its art and to art its freedom"

Not far from there you find the UK-Shop "Bobby's" and Crabbie's Ginger Beer!
