Winter wonderland

Ok, it's not really.
There is no frost and no snow.
As yet.

Simply black and white.
But the storm clouds brewing in the distance were dark, heavy and ominous to say the very least.

One of my work sessions was cut short this afternoon, which has nicely paved the way for me to be off out later, going to something that I wouldn't have been to attend otherwise. Supper went in the oven several hours ago and now smells simply delicious... braised braised in porter.

As a result, all is well.
