Baltic herring fillet rolls
Rolls were filled with small pieces of leek and anchovy. Covered with cream/tomato sauce and baked in the owen for about 20 minutes.
Photographed before sauce and owen.
This is my first food-blip. The rolls looked so nice and silvery.
